explain their functions.

Explain the use of dc and ac motors in biomedical
applications
Synopsis
This subject introduces the magnetic field concept, Amperes and
Faradays law for magnetic system with time varying fields. Basic
components for electric drive system and their functions,
different parts of ac and dc motors are also included with
extension of applications in biomedical engineering.
