Explain the basic principles of transducers and electrodes.
2.
Explain and analyze basic op-amp circuits, filter circuits,
Schmitt Trigger circuits and oscillator circuits.
3.
Explain and analyze special purpose op-amp circuits.
4.
Describe and analyze the method of measurement and
conversion (ADC & DAC).
5.
Design a basic medical electronics device.
Synopsis
This subject introduces to the students the theory of Transducers
and Electrodes as well as the related electronic circuits and
components for medical applications. The specific circuit for ECG,
EMG and EEG are also included in this course.
